Scrappy cafeteria vibe but prices are not.

little plastic cups, worn countertop, plastic boxes under chairs for storage, J-pop/J-rock blasting, reusable chopsticks at the bar, and the kitchen in the seating area meaning the smell of frying gyoza in the air.

Soup served in a disposable plastic container. Food on a little plastic tray. Very little seating, cramped space. Service friendly but seemingly overwhelmed — no clear serving system led to the waiter giving things to the wrong people multiple times.

Tonkotsu Ramen · Egg
3.03.0 out of 5

Overall 3/5 — strong/bad onion smell on first nose, but broth is good tasting and a nice creamy tonkotsu broth. Unfortunately everything else very mid. Broth: finally a proper tonkotsu broth, could be richer — 4/5. Noodles: 2/5, giving instant-noodle vibes, slightly overcooked, though plenty of them. Char siu: 3/5, thin sliced, still a bit stringy, little flavor. Egg: 3/5, overly salted, no fragrance. Onions: 2/5, scallions too finely chopped and old-smelling, red onion doesn't add anything except bad breath. Pickled ginger: 3/5, ok by itself but disappears in the soup. Pork skin: 2/5 reconstituted lardon-style in the soup — doesn't make up for traditional soft chopped belly fat not being present, but not uncomfortable as such. Bamboo shoots: pickled/fermented somehow, pretty tasty — 3/5. Condiments: chili paste with no flavor or fragrance, just high burn; sesame grinder flavorless.

Barley tea
5.05.0 out of 5

Refillable roasted barley tea for 20 kr. Tasted like it should — not too common in dk, nice and refreshing. Nice not to have to worry about size with the refill. 5/5, do get this. Served in small plastic glasses giving school cafeteria vibes.
